Appellate Advocacy

Our firm has acted in many appeals, often relating to lower court proceedings in which we were not involved. We have represented individuals and corporations in the Superior Court, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.

Complex Litigation

Gary Hodder acted, with notable success, in the first class action to be tried in Ontario under the province’s class action legislation. In addition to acting as lead counsel in a variety of class actions, both for plaintiffs and defendants, our firm regularly consults in matters of class action strategy.

Franchise Litigation
